A New Era for Adge.AI
Eyal Ben Shalom
Co-Founder & CEO, Adge.AI
Today marks a major milestone in the journey of Adge.AI.
We are entering a new era for the company following our acquisition by Publicis Groupe: a moment that represents not only growth, but a strong vote of confidence in the technology, product vision, and team we have built over the years.
When we started Adge.AI, our belief was simple - creativity is the most important growth lever in modern marketing, but the way brands manage and improve creative has remained fragmented, manual, and far too dependent on guesswork. We believed there had to be a better way, one that could bring structure, intelligence, and repeatability to the creative process without losing the human insight that makes great marketing work.
That belief became the foundation for Adge.AI.
We built Adge to help brands move beyond isolated ad analysis and toward a more systematic approach to creative strategy, one where teams can understand what is working, why it is working, and how to scale those learnings into better decisions across the business. Over time, that vision evolved into what we see as the Creative Machine OS: a system that helps brands structure creative learnings, identify scalable patterns, and build stronger growth engines around creative decision-making.
Joining Publicis Groupe is an exciting next step because it validates this vision in a meaningful way. For us, that is both humbling and energizing. It confirms what we have believed from the beginning: that creative intelligence will become foundational to how modern brands operate, grow, and compete.
The reality is that marketing is going through tectonic change. AI is not a future idea anymore - it is actively reshaping how brands produce content, analyze performance, structure learnings, and make decisions. Brands that fail to adapt to these shifts will not simply fall behind in efficiency; they will leave meaningful revenue on the table. The opportunity ahead belongs to the brands that can evolve their creative systems fast enough to match the pace of the market.
Just as importantly, becoming part of Publicis will give Adge.AI access to significantly greater resources, capabilities, and opportunities to accelerate what we are building. The scale, talent, infrastructure, and global reach of Publicis will allow us to invest more deeply in the product, expand our capabilities faster, and continue pushing the boundaries of what creative intelligence can do for brands.
At the same time, it is important for us to be clear: Adge.AI remains independent in its ability to onboard and support new clients who are looking to upgrade their creative strategy and growth. Our mission remains the same. We will continue working with ambitious brands that want to improve performance through smarter creative systems, better strategic clarity, and the operating power of Adge.AI’s Creative Machine OS.
Publicis brings a century of brand-building, storytelling, and creative excellence. Adge brings a new operating model for the AI era - one built around structured learning, intelligent systems, and scalable decision-making. Together, that creates something uniquely powerful: a bridge between the heritage of creativity and the future of how it will be built, measured and scaled.
This moment would not have been possible without an extraordinary team.
To the Adge team: thank you. Thank you for believing in this vision early, for building with care and intensity, and for turning a bold idea into real technology that is now creating measurable value for brands. Building a company and a category at the same time is never easy. It requires resilience, conviction, and an unusual willingness to solve problems that do not yet have a clear playbook. This team has done exactly that, and I could not be more proud of what we have built together.
I also want to express deep gratitude to the clients who believed in Adge.AI and gave us the opportunity to prove what this technology can do. Companies like Underoutfit, Particle, and The Perfect Jean were among the brands that saw early on that creative can and should be managed with more rigor, insight, and precision. Their trust helped shape our product, sharpen our thinking, and demonstrate the transformational impact Adge can have on business performance. We are grateful for their partnership and proud of the results we have achieved together.
Looking ahead, I feel a deep sense of optimism.
This is not the end of a chapter. It is the beginning of a much bigger one.
The need for better creative systems has never been greater. Brands are under more pressure than ever to produce more content, move faster, and drive stronger performance in increasingly complex media environments. We believe the future belongs to companies that can bring intelligence, structure, and scale to creativity - and we believe Adge.AI is uniquely positioned to help lead that future.
With the support of Publicis, the strength of our team, and the trust of our clients, we are more energized than ever to keep building. More ambitious than ever. And more committed than ever to helping brands transform creative into one of the most powerful and repeatable drivers of growth.
The best is still ahead.
